Guided Tours

Volunteer-Led Guided Tours: Volunteers provide guide services at 10:00 and 14:00 every day. Please gather at the Information desk on the first floor.

Self-service Audio Guide: The audio guide desk is located on the left side of the Information desk. The rental fee is 25 yuan. After renting an audio guide, you can get a pair of earphones at the Information desk. 

Storing Luggage

You can store your small items of luggage in the lockers. The lockers are located at the entrances of Education Center and the Second Special Exhibition Hall on the first floor and the east exit.

Borrowing a Wheelchair

Wheelchairs are available at the Information desk on the first floor.

Medicine Service

Medicines are available at the Information desk on the first floor in case of emergency.

WIFI

WIFI is available free of charge for your visit. You can connect to “吴中博物馆”.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available to people with disabilities and to parents and babies. Accessible toilets are located on the west side of the first floor and the shop on the second floor.

Drinking Water

Drinking water is available free of charge for your visit. Please bring your cups. The water dispensers are located at the east exit.

Lounge

The lounge is on the second floor. The café provides desserts and drink.

Shop

The shop is located in the public space on the second floor. You can buy souvenirs inspired by the Museum of Wu.

Broadcast Service

You can apply for broadcast service at the Information desk on the first floor if you lose your belongings or families, or have temporary information to send.
